Do you have parking? Is if free?
We have free onsite parking which is available on a first-come first-serve basis
Are there stairs?
If you are located in an upstairs apartment there is 1 flight of stairs, unfortunately we do not have a lift onsite
Do you have accessible accommodation?
We do have limited accessible apartments; we ask that you contact us prior to booking to discuss your specific requirements. This helps us to ensure we are providing you with the most suitable accommodation option.
What are your service areas?
We accommodate guests from all parts of Australia and the world, our closest service areas include Ferntree Gully, Boronia, Rowville, Scoresby which are in close proximity to major business, commercial, education and tourist centres in Melbourne’s eastern growth corridor.

For stays above 3 nights a discounted rate may be available, please contact us to discuss this further
What is your cancellation policy?
Different cancellation policies apply to different reservations within Lifestyle Apartments. From time to time, we might offer non-refundable reservations which means your reservation cannot be cancelled and/or amended from the time you make the reservation.
- Free cancellation up until 48 hours prior to the check-in time of your booking.
- If cancelled later than 48 hours prior to your booking, a fee equal to one night’s accommodation (at the non-discounted rate) will be charged.
- For early departures, where guests receive a discounted rate for longer stays, we reserve the right to charge the full room rate for the duration of your stay.
- Pursuant to the above clause, where a guest provides at least 48 hours notice, we will only charge the discounted rate applicable to the length of their stay.
- In case of a no show, we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to the entire amount of your forfeited booking.
We generally offer no refund on early departures; however, we understand that for longer stays our guests’ situations may change. Every request for a refund on early departure shall be carefully considered, and the decision will be made at the manager’s absolute discretion.
Can I check in/out outside of the allocated times
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available for your stay. Please ask us beforehand, and we will attempt to accommodate you as much as possible. For guaranteed arrival before 3pm, it is recommended that the room be reserved the previous night. This will incur an additional night charge. We reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to an extra night for late checkouts not previously arranged. For after hours arrivals, you will need to call us to pre-arrange.
Are trundle beds/cots available?
We have limited number of trundle beds, porta cots and high chairs available. Trundle beds can only be placed in certain apartment types and incur an additional charge of $30 per night. Porta cots are charged at $20 per stay per porta cot. Highchairs are available for free.
